The purpose of the Partners for Parenting Families is to have one point of contact for home based and parenting services for families with pregnant women and/or children through age 5 living in BlackHawkCounty. The partners work together to:
- Connect families with services that best fit their goals and needs;
- Bring together resources;
- Reduce duplication of services;
- Identify and address gaps services and;
- Help prepare children for school.
