Partners for Parenting Families

The purpose of the Partners for Parenting Families is to have one point of contact for home based and parenting services for families with pregnant women and/or children through age 5 living in BlackHawkCounty.  The partners work together to:

  1. Connect families with services that best fit their goals and needs;
  2. Bring together resources;
  3. Reduce duplication of services;
  4. Identify and address gaps services and;
  5. Help prepare children for school.
